Before we start, let's break down the process in three stages:

  1. Lead generation (prospecting)
  2. Outreach (contact)
  3. Closing (manage leads)

Prospecting in SalesBlink

The first step would be to generate leads (searching) for this purpose the platform's built-in email finder which you can run to bulk-find emails, phone numbers, and more.

We will start the campaign by adding our email first. You can select from different providers, or (in our case) select Other as will use our own SMTP/IMAP. Then fill out the relevant info (SMTP host, IMAP host, Name, Email & Password)

At this point, we don't have a contact email list, so let's get some leads. Head over to Companies, select countries, industry & company team size. and hit Search.

In this example, we will see the automotive industry, 2-10 team size companies, in Australia for our web design in Melbourne business.

SalesBlink now will give us a list of prospects based on the criteria. For this search, we discovered 465 entries. Check out the below image to give you an insight into the type of data generated. Crossed out the actual company names and website for privacy.

We're happy with the results so we'll download the CSV file.

Next is getting the email addresses of the right person in each of the companies we found. To do this, go to Domain Search > enter the website (up to 1000) you will get a list of Names, Emails, Phone, Social media accounts.

SalesBlink offers another way of searching for email addresses of prospects using employee name and domain.

Last step before creating the campaign is to verify those generated leads emails. Otherwise, we're just sending out emails and will get a bunch of bounced emails!

You can bulk verify up to 1000 emails per file.

Creating Campaign in SalesBlink

Now that we have our lead's data generated, verified, and ready. Let's head over to Campaigns to create a new one.

  1. Give it a name (to keep track of multiple campaigns, I use names like Auto AU 2-10, which is a reference to my initial prospecting settings)
  2. upload the leads CSV file, and we will match the CSV fields with that of the tool.
  3. Next, click on ‘Save and Create sequence There are a couple of ready-made templates for different flow charts, or you can create your own from scratch..

Our campaign chart flow is fairly simple but effective. Basically, we tell the app to send an email with a certain template; if there's a reply, we will take it from there. If there's no reply, we have another email (template) to send, which is a follow-up to the previous email.

You can create a more complex flow if you need to, including calls,, LinkedIn messages, etc..
