Be it any app or interface (UI) the user experience (UX) it delivers matters a lot. A poor user experience or something that leaves the users confused is a big no. However, many times the user interface carries elements that end up annoying the users then helping them.

No matter how Excellent UI UX Design Company you hired there are always some things that are vulnerable to going the wrong way. We are not discouraging you about your UI design by any means saying that. What we want to say is that there are common issues and challenges with the user interface that businesses face. With a bit of innovation and an assessment-based approach, such problems can be solved effectively. And that’s what we are going to discuss here as we proceed further. Having explained the business dynamics now it's the right time to switch our discussion to the main part. That is how these problems can be solved by giving businesses a push.

Data Collection Without Interruptions

Data is the oil of the 21st century and as a business, you need the data to actually tap into the potential leads. That is fair enough, however, you don’t have to disturb the UI and thus the UX to get that done. Rather than adding a pop-up form in the UI or filling it up kind of mandatory page that can annoy the user you can opt for more innovative methods.

Since every business has a social media presence these days you can use that to conduct surveys, polls, quizzes etc. These are great sources of data collection. Further, you can add such a section in your app interface in the form of a question or answer feedback game where users answers get some in-app benefits. Such give away driven techniques to motivate the users and you get what you want without disturbing the UI and UX.

Chatbots

Chatbots have become a very important part of the user interface these days. They interact with the users 24 x 7 answering their queries and keeping them connected. However, the issue with most of the websites/interfaces that use chatbots is that they don’t get it done in the right way. Most of the chatbots have a set of predefined questions and answers and they get stuck beyond a point. Further they end up annoying the user by starting the question loop again and again.

The simple solution to this is the use of effective and a bit smarter AI (Artificial Intelligence). A smarter AI that can put the conversational tone and keep the users engaged. Further such a chatbot would be able to get more response and data from the user helping solve problems effectively. Based on the responses received it can offer a list of answers and possible solutions to the users.

Personalization

A touch of personalization does wonder while you try to connect with the users. The data you collect from various sources can be put to best use here. Say for example if you have got to know that a certain number of clients have made the purchase on your website and they came from a particular source then to tap the next time for making a purchase you need to add a personal touch.

What we mean here by personal touch is that they make their landing pages or dashboard as per the content they want. You can also send them emails and notifications related to the recent searches and last buy. Further, you can send them greetings on their special days like birthdays, anniversaries, etc as you have got certain data from them.

Creating An Appeal 

You can use UI/UX in a very effective way to up the sales on your website if you are involved in e-commerce. With techniques like AI, virtual reality augmented reality you can offer an enhanced user experience by showcasing your products in a more appealing way. This way you can also create a sense or urge of buying among the viewers as what attracts eventually leads to purchase.
