Identifying Ideal Customer Profile
The first step is to use the Company Search feature to identify our ideal customer profile, that we want to target, based on specific criteria. The search uses advanced filters for this purpose.

We are creating a campaign that targets Creative, Arts & Entertainment Activities industry, in Melbourne - Australia, with an additional filter of General Email Available.
Note: there are various filters to find tune your search as needed. For example, you can add company size, status, HQ location, etc.

Contact Search option is available to further narrow down the target contact person, by job position, department, direct contact, etc. In our case, we will go ahead with the general contact email generated from Company search.
These options help us avoid the manual lead research and lead generation, which is a huge timesaver and produces better results. Finding targeted leads that also have contact options (email address and phone) to reach out to.
Note: You can import the contact details into your CRM.

Now that we have the contact details, we will use a neat feature within Sales Rocks, that's to verify them. You can use the Sales Toolkit on to verify emails and phone numbers in order to clean and verify your current data and constantly work with verified leads.
Since our goal in this case is to reach out to clients via email, we will only focus on Email Verifier.
