2. Understand Your Customers

It is very important to understand your customers. Suppose you sell the same product that your competitors sell or you sell different products from others. In both cases, it is difficult to catch the market.

In the first case, you have to convey why your product is better than others' similar products, and for the second one, also you have to explain how people buy your product by leaving others' products. Plus, you have to understand the demand.
