As a part of our branding and printing services, one of the key elements is flex print which is used to deliver high quality digital print for outdoor hoardings and banner mainly printed by large color flush ink printers in CMYK mode. These prints are used instead of hand written banner for its low cost and durability.
Flex is a sheet of Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC)/ Polyethylene (PE). At PIT Designs we are offering flex print in Erbil city. The flex print technique is where the design is cut from a colored foil, and then pressed onto the shirt under high heat.

Designing for flex print.
For best results, it’s recommended to use vector graphics in the design, a maximum of 3 colors per design/sheet.
If flex print is on a wearable item, i.e. shirts, it’s a good idea to keep the design portion rather small, to allow more breathing-room on the shirt, it’s also recommended to iron the shirts inside-out (especially if large design is used)
